Butterfly At Aurobindo Ashram
I'm addicted to vetiver, and the Aurobindo Ashram, down the road, besides being a nice place to hang out has great vetiver incense sticks - and chocolate brownies and lots of other good stuff, too. It was suffocatingly hot the other day when I went to pick up some incense. This bright butterfly looked totally out of place in the arid, burned out landscape and I clicked it. It fluttered its wings and suddenly it rained.

Help

Please send your rain butterfly over here so I don't have to water the plants again today…it's been hot here too. Although since we collect rainbarrel graywater I suppose it's good that we also need to use it.
Hah! It just started pouring rain!
I was just going to send you the formal recipe for rain - http://tinyurl.com/qbnbe9 - but I see the the rain butterfly got to you first!
delightful tale!
well, as a Yankee, i'd have to say i can only admire your beautiful butterfly from afar as it has rained almost daily for the past two months here in the northeast. sorry delhi! we have had four whole days of sunshine in a row over the weekend, but this sweet luck is about to come to an end as the forecasters line up another week of rain. in that time i have greedily sucked in enough vitamin d for the rest of the month, i hope, by spending nearly every moment outside. has the RV got anything to please the sun god cuz apparently he's pissed as shit with boston? i know a local store where i can get some ghee …
hello old friend ; )
