Breathing in, I read Praveer's post. Breathing out, I smile.
walking five steps to the count of five with you, walking five steps to the count of five…
Ahhhhh.
Yesssss.
Companions.
The breath of life's journey, meaning and
purpose.
Time passes.
Breath remains until no-breath makes place
for Oneness.
Breathing and walking, breathing and walking.
Walking and breathing, meditating and contemplating along with you~~~<3
The meditation I'm following today on my walking yoga is 'Aham nitya shudha Buddha mukta swabhav atma'. I am the eternal, pure, unattached, enlightened in my true nature, the soul - the Atman. I see a new energy in it every time I run it thru.
On the other hand, sometimes, I just hum, “Under The Boardwalk', Pam! That works for me, too!
Life itself becomes a living meditation after a while :-D
Come, let's contemplate the Divine and sing, “Sittin' on the dock of the bay”
LOL :-D
Love~~<3
I once kind of tried a sort of walking meditation with “Me and Julio Down by the Schoolyard” in my head but ended up dancing around goofily, which was good also. Breathwork is challenging for me, which means I need the discipline, the slowness, the attention. I have started eating much more slowly and mindfully and I like how that makes me feel (or not feel, really). I will try to try this soon. No, I'll do it. For sure.
